Classes & Curriculum
Earning the certificate requires completing four courses (12 credits)—two required courses and two electives. Those credits can be transferred into Temple’s Master of Education in Adult and Organizational Development program. Students have a maximum of two years to complete the program and can attend full- or part-time.
Required courses cover social systems, evaluating organizations, and mastering the best techniques for adult and team learning. Electives allow you to deepen your understanding of individual and team interactions and devise interventions for larger, more complex organizations.
